Amanda Elioff is an experienced geotechnical engineer with Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), with special expertise in the design and analysis of tunnels, underground structures, aerial structures, viaducts, and bridges for transportation projects. She also participated in the design of conventional facilities for a physics research facility. Her project responsibilities have included managing project multidisciplinary design teams; conducting geotechnical investigations; development of specifications; preparation of geotechnical baseline reports; conducting feasibility studies; and providing construction support services. She has also participated in the development of seismic design criteria for underground structures, and in testing and design of mitigation measures for gassy underground conditions. Amanda received Parsons Brinckerhoff's employee award for Technical Excellence in 2009

She has prepared a number of professional papers and presented at international tunneling industry conferences and seminars including the International Tunnelling Association's (ITA) World Tunneling Congress, the Rapid Excavation and Tunneling Conference, and the North American Tunneling Conference.
